💰 Restocking Fee: 15% fee applied to all returns
💳 Refund Process: Issued only after returned item is received and inspected

Damaged or Incorrect Items

📸 Required:
 - Clear photos of:
  - The box (especially if greasy or oily)
  - The opened box with all items displayed
  - Your receipt and order confirmation
 - Order number
🧾 Proof of Purchase: Always required for returns and refunds

Return Authorization
📝 RMA Required: Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back
